Legal terms governing the use of MakeBox.ai white‑label services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MakeBox.ai services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of our white‑label GoHighLevel and AI agent services.

2. Services Description

MakeBox.ai provides white‑label automation services including:

  • GoHighLevel CRM setup and configuration
  • AI agent implementation and training
  • Marketing automation workflows
  • Integration services with third‑party platforms
  • Ongoing technical support and maintenance

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Pricing

Service fees are as specified in your service agreement or on our pricing pages. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Services are typically invoiced as follows:

  • Setup fees: Due before work commencement
  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed in advance
  • One‑time services: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion

3.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for our services. If you're not satisfied with the delivered automation within 30 days of completion, we'll provide a full refund.

4. White‑Label Terms

4.1 Branding Rights

You may rebrand our services under your company name and logo as agreed in your service contract. We will not identify ourselves as the service provider to your end clients unless required for technical support.

4.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer our proprietary automation workflows
  • Resell our services to direct competitors
  • Use our intellectual property outside the agreed scope

5. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We only access data necessary for service delivery
  • Client data remains your property
  • We implement industry‑standard security measures
  • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations

6. Service Level Agreement

6.1 Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our automated systems. Planned maintenance windows are excluded from this calculation.

6.2 Support Response Times

  • Critical issues: Within 2 hours
  • High priority: Same business day
  • Normal requests: Within 24 hours
  • Low priority: 2‑3 business days

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
  • We are not liable for third‑party platform changes or outages

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non‑refundable, but unused subscription time will be refunded pro‑rata.

8.2 By Us

We may terminate services immediately for:

  • Non‑payment after 15 days notice
  • Violation of these terms
  • Abusive behavior toward our team
  • Illegal use of our services

9. Intellectual Property

Our automation templates, workflows, and methodologies remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them as configured for your business, but not to redistribute or modify the underlying systems.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third‑party service disruptions.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. We'll notify existing clients of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
