How do I start?
Create your account and choose one task: improve an existing Etsy listing or build a new draft from your product information. Connecting your Etsy shop lets you import and update your own listings.
What happens before I publish?
In the listing workflow, you can review and edit the suggested text and photos before applying your changes. Check product facts, materials and sizes against your real item. AI suggestions do not guarantee search rankings or sales.
Do I need the Chrome extension or an AI connector?
No. Your workspace works in the browser. The Chrome extension is included in your plan and shares the same allowances as the website. MCP reading and limited research are included; creating, editing and publishing listings through MCP requires Pro or Studio. Sending already-written content does not use AI allowance.
What counts as a listing refresh?
The plan examples mean one SEO refresh of a listing’s title, description and tags with MakeBox AI. Standard AI draft creation uses the same listing action. Extra fields, instructions and image generation can use different amounts. Manual drafts and edits are free. Your working balance and the cost shown before an action help you keep track.
What stays available on Free?
Your account, saved materials and manual editing remain available after the one-time AI sample. Free also includes 10 keyword searches per day, 10 niche searches per day and 2 monitored shops. Daily searches reset at 00:00 UTC; successful cached searches count too. These research limits are separate from your 5 listing actions and 3 standard AI photos, which are granted once. Choose a paid plan for more AI work and higher research limits.
How do listing videos work?
Choose your listings and one of five styles. Pro includes 10 renders per calendar month and Studio includes 30, separately from listing and photo allowances. Each new version uses one video; technical retries do not. Track the queue, then review and download the finished MP4. Adding it to Etsy requires your approval. Ready notifications appear in your workspace, without email.
Can I keep my current plan?
Your subscription price stays the same. Existing paid allowances remain available until renewal, then switch to the new separate listing and photo allowances. Purchased top-ups do not expire. Previously granted gifts keep their original expiry date.
