How long does my menu take?
Most standard menus take about 3 business days after we receive your complete dish photos and details, approve the design together, and confirm payment. We confirm your delivery date before production; large or custom projects may take longer.
What photos should I send?
Upload one bright, sharp photograph of each real dish or drink, with the whole plate or glass in frame. Add its name, description, category and price. We prepare the visuals for animation while keeping them faithful to what you serve.
Can I change prices and descriptions myself?
Yes. Your private workspace lets you update dish names, descriptions, categories and prices. For a published menu, saved text changes appear immediately at the same menu link and QR code. New photos and approved videos are published separately. Text edits do not use your monthly video allowance.
Will it match my restaurant?
Choose a starting theme, upload your logo and tell us your brand colors, plate preferences and design direction. We agree on the look before producing your menu. English is standard; additional languages can be quoted.
Can guests order or pay through it?
Guests can explore dishes and build a list to show their server or the food-truck counter. Online payment, POS integration and automatic kitchen delivery are not included in these plans. Our public demo does not submit real orders or take payments.
What is included each month?
Your plan includes hosting, the client workspace, a digital QR, a website embed and a set number of completed video updates. Unused updates do not roll over. Extra finished videos are $39 within your item limit; larger menus require an upgrade or quote.
How do billing and approval work?
Choose a plan and prepare your dishes in the workspace. Our team confirms scope and sends an invoice for setup plus your first month. Production starts after payment and design approval. You review the results before publishing. Renewal and cancellation arrangements are confirmed with your invoice.
Can I add a voice description?
An optional tap-to-listen voice description is planned for a future release. Menus are silent by default. Voice narration is not included in the current plans.
