MakeBox AI
About

A small studio with strong opinions about shipping

We work in short sprints, review every change before it goes live, and publish our architecture. If a decision makes us slower but safer, that's the one we pick.

Andriy Oliinyk

AI Automation Engineer · Miami, FL

I build practical AI systems for small and mid-sized businesses. My background spans full-stack engineering, e-commerce (Etsy, WooCommerce, eBay), CRM implementation, and autonomous agent pipelines.

I prefer working in short focused sprints with a clear deliverable at the end — no endless planning cycles, no bloated processes. Just systems that ship, measure, and improve.

At MakeBox AI I combine deep product ownership with hands-on engineering: I write the code, set up the integrations, run the agents, and report back on what actually worked.

How we work

Principles you can count on

Reviewable changes

Every change is scoped, implemented in a branch, and shown to you before it hits production.

Evidence over claims

We grade our conclusions and cite sources. Numbers come from benchmarks, not vibes.

Human-in-the-loop

Outbound messages and production writes always require an approval click. No runaway agents.

Cost-aware

We care about compute and LLM bills. Cheap models run the classification; premium models run the hard parts.

Modular by default

Small, well-named files beat clever abstractions. New features extend the kit, not invent new ones.

Documented

Every agent, integration, and deployment step is described in /docs. You can always onboard a successor.
